Following The Autumn Leaves

During my childhood, I used to lay down on the ground, watch the sun rays crossing the branches, and give a hug to the falling leaves... just before the last goodbye... I always beleived that the dead also needs respect & care...

The Best Lebanese Vegetables

The Best Lebanese Vegetables Dishes

When we were kids we used to pick the main vegetables from our backyard or from our cousins' gardens... we also learnt to choose the best ones, by that I mean the most fresh... but mainly the season's products...
Nowadays no one in our village is planting anymore, and our only source is the markets... we kept our talent by choosing the most good looking and somewhat fresh... but there is no more seasons... we don't know the origin and how these plants were feed, kept alive or made hyperproductive... Chemicals? Sewage? Pesticides? Insecticides? Radiation?
It is absolutely right that many cancers went undiagnosed in the past centuries, but no one can deny the burst of cancers this century...
I'm moving back to my garden... planting and eating... I know that the quantity is not enough, and the atmosphere is indeed polluted, the rain not pure anymore... but I believe that the taste is different... try it and you will see...

An Art

Changing colors according to the surrounding environment is an art of living… and killing…

The Colors Of Sunset

The Colors Of Sunset

The sun feels shame to leave... she turns red, and then she falls grey...
Her will is to keep looking on life, on beauty... but the cycle is taking its way…
She knows that everyone has to go away, even a flower and a blue jay…
Everyone is missing her, as in her absence it is impossible to dance or play…
A cold night is winning the thrown, and the darkness’s fear is forcing every being to pray…
Will she come back tomorrow? Will we have together another day?
If I’m still here when you return, please have a longer stay…
If you don’t find me, just keep looking… I may be somewhere, preparing for you a nice couplet to say…

The World's Beauty As Seen By A Bee

The World’s Beauty As Seen By A Bee

Appreciated & featured on the Home & Garden Channel on Webshots.

I can’t stop running behind this attractive beauty...
I don’t know if it is just a mixture of all colors, or a wonderful daily story to tell…
I never could describe all these paints, but I can assure that they are made with the most skilled hands...
I’m not just pleasured by the sights… the smell does though as many other things…
I’m enjoying life... and I feel always worthy by being a famous beauty converter…
